Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.tandiu.cn, its data feeds, MCP server and API (the "Service"), operated by Shanghai Tandiu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("TANDIU", "we"). By using the Service or buying TANDIU Pro you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.

1. The Service

TANDIU publishes market data on AI infrastructure: LLM API prices, price indices, cloud agents, compute and related information, compiled from public sources and our own tests. The free tier is available without an account. TANDIU Pro is a paid subscription that adds API access, price history and a commercial data license.

2. TANDIU Pro and payment

Pro is billed in advance each month at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Pro is offered to customers outside mainland China; orders with a mainland China billing address are cancelled and fully refunded, and no API key is issued.

You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change the price for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

3. API keys

Keep your API key confidential and do not share it outside your organisation. You are responsible for use of your key. We may suspend a key that is shared publicly, abused, or exceeds rate limits, and you can ask us to rotate it at any time.

4. Data license

Free use. You may view, quote and cite TANDIU data, including in AI-generated answers, with attribution to "TANDIU (tandiu.cn)" and the page or source URL.

Pro license. While your subscription is active, you may use TANDIU-compiled data obtained through Pro for internal business purposes and display it in your own products and reports with attribution. You may not resell or redistribute the data as a standalone dataset, feed or API, or use it to build a competing data service.

Third-party data. Benchmark scores, procurement notices, funding reports and other data owned by third parties are shown with their sources and are not licensed by us; follow the original source's terms.

5. Accuracy

We cross-check sources and timestamp every record, but data may contain errors or lag vendor announcements. The Service is provided "as is". It is not procurement, investment or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, overload the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated access to free pages is welcome within reasonable rates.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or decisions made based on the data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes to Pro terms take effect from your next billing period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
