This policy applies to TANDIU Pro subscriptions.
14-day refunds
You can request a full refund of any Pro payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. Email contact@tandiu.cn with your order number, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your Paddle receipt link or by email. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded subscription's API key is deactivated.
