LEGAL # Refund Policy 14-day refunds on TANDIU Pro payments. 2026-10-17 Last updated: October 17, 2026 This policy applies to TANDIU Pro subscriptions. ## 14-day refunds You can request a full refund of any Pro payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. Email [contact@tandiu.cn](mailto:contact@tandiu.cn) with your order number, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. ## Cancellation Cancel anytime from your Paddle receipt link or by email. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. ## How refunds are paid Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded subscription's API key is deactivated.
