LEGAL # Privacy Policy What we collect and why. 2026-10-17 Last updated: October 17, 2026 This policy explains what personal data Shanghai Tandiu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. collects through www.tandiu.cn and TANDIU Pro. ## What we collect - **Website and API requests**: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and time, used for security, rate limiting and aggregate traffic statistics. - **Pro customers**: Paddle shares your customer ID, subscription ID and transaction details with us. Your name, email, address and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; card details never reach us. - **API keys**: stored only as a one-way hash, linked to your subscription ID, with usage counts. - **Emails you send us.** ## How we use it To run and secure the Service, deliver Pro and API keys, handle billing questions and refunds, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers. ## Sharing Paddle (payments, tax, invoicing), our hosting providers, and authorities where required by law. ## Retention Request logs are kept for up to 12 months. Subscription records are kept while the subscription is active and afterwards as required for tax and accounting. ## Cookies The site does not set advertising cookies. Paddle's checkout may set cookies needed to process payment. ## Your rights Ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing [contact@tandiu.cn](mailto:contact@tandiu.cn); we reply within 30 days.
